The only thing I would try to change, is the neck. It looks like his head and neck are to close. But other then that it looks great.

i have only one problem with this challenge and it is who do i want to make in qubicle so many decisions

Standard clothes, I don’t know if she would look better with flat skirt or I did well leaving it raised (I’d rather let the skirt without the pattern).Also, the necktie looks like a cross, but I can’t do anything about it u_u Here’s an animated version:
