@Sarhifigus Funny how nobody did the math. That’s nothing.
Nothing at all you know, I think he needs some charity, (looks down at fake watch)
So, will there be DLC stuff coming out for Steve and Geoffers now that the most mighty and glorious Electronic Arts owns us?
Stonehearth: Sheep Accessoires
Stonehearth: Manatee Times
Stonehearth: Wood Stuff Pack
Stonehearth: Roof Extravaganza
Stonehearth: NᴇᴡFriends
… I could probably go on. Stay tuned for our official announcement at EA3! We have tons of expensive exciting DLC heading your way!

Stonehearth: NᴇᴡFriends
[/quote] Are Steve and Geoffers included in the DLC?
Also, It is very sad to hear that cubeworld forum was shut down. Though I never joined it myself it seemed like a good community
That would be the Stonehearth: WIP friends for only 20€
Please tell me how this turned from a Story of how a large Gaming-Community was murdered to how EA was “buying” us?
@Geoffers747 sold the discourse to EA and bought a yacht.
Well, I just so happened to Tap into @Geoffers747’s Phone Lines and found this Gem:
This is getting bad. I’ll check @SteveAdamo’s calls.

I’m feeling in my little toe that @Geoffers747 does not tolerate making these… “conversations” public and will therefore pretty soon lock this thread to avoid further defaming.
@RepeatPan Your little toe is never wrong.
Back on topic!
NEVER! This is now the “All conspiracies concerning and in any way related to @Geoffers747” thread!
Seriously, back on topic now guys.
it’s because of Zam, Curse and a few others that I run ad-blocker on most sites.
I always wondered what happened to Cube World, it seemed like such a big deal last year. Sorry to hear the game took such a nasty turn in its development. I was never really involved with the game or the forum, but it’s still a shame to hear from those of you who were.
By the way, @RepeatPan , I didn’t notice any wombat-related DLC or the Glamour Goggles add-on on that little list of yours… what kind of DLC shop you guys running around here?
Cube World was going great last year. It’s Development was going smooth, and with a great Community and a tremendous amount of Hype, it seemed unstoppable. But something went wrong. Wollay hasn’t updated us at all in the Last-Year. Sure he is finally showing us some Updates, but they’re all small Updates, not the huge Updates that are essential for a Game, especially a Beta. Also, the Community. For some reason, the whole Community seemed to crumble and die out, and the death of one of the largest Cube World Communities doesn’t make the problem better. Finally, the Hype. Yes Hype could be a good thing, and could make the Game Better, but when the Game doesn’t live up to the Hype because whether the game is Boring, Buggy, or a combination of other things, it really makes an Impact on both the Game and the Community. So, it seems that all of that contributed to the death of the Community, the Hype, and the Parent Game. This is bad because now no one really cares about Cube World anymore. Cube World is nothing more than a shell of it’s former self.
It’s quite a sad story. Both tragic and pathetic.
I’m sorry to hear that not only a great Community died, but the parent Game as well.
perhaps a bit extreme there…
Wollay has had 10 development tweets since April, and the blog site had a major update on the pending quest system just about 30 days ago…
What happened was actually pretty sad. Cube World was released by Wollay in 2013. The game had a lot of hype (Once the most 6th searched Video Game on the Internet, I believe) and several major Youtubers behind it. A great community rallied around Cube World as well.
Then, something went wrong.
The development blog’s updates slowed down to a trickle, and then ran dry. Wollay only updated the game once, in June. The community began dying, and then only the most hard core Cube World fans remained. Sadly, it seems that one of those fanbases was destroyed by an overgreedy site owner.
Well, who knows what’ll happen now? Wollay’s active again, giving hints of an update, so maybe a new fanbase will emerge. Sadly, nothing will replace cubeworldforum.org.
@Dwalus, do you know what exactly happened? I tried going on the site today, but it won’t work.
I don’t know much. I wasn’t exactly an active member recently but I do check on the forum every so often. Zam removed a few days/a few weeks ago, without much warning from what I have heard.
