@Paranundrox exactly how do I make it more frog-like?
Donāt forget, Qubicle models are rigit. When animated in 3dsmax then can look a lot more lifelike. I think with a slight hunch forward this model will be awesome. Iām sure @Newf will get round to mastering that soon enough!
Like @Froggy said, animation would help with that, but also customizing the clothing a little bit to give it more personality. Look at @GrimMethod, for example. If youāre going to create a whole new āraceā you might as well give them a signature look.

I like the open mouth, since it gives it a little more color. The base model looks great, now it just needs some shading work to give it more depth.
Awesome frogman race itās definitely giving me a good vibe like I want to play Chrono Trigger right now; Frog was my favorite.

Its Lore Time everyone!!! The race of the Dire wolf was near extinction because Tribes Men were hunting them down.The extreme conditions led to the Dire Wolves rapidly evolving becoming more human-like. Soon the Dog-men were using guerilla tactics to kick the Tribesmen out of the Riverlands.
Many years later after the Tribesmen had abandoned the idea of ever taking the Riverlands back. Frog-men came out of the swamps and marshes in the central Riverlands. The Dog-men and Frog-men waged war for many years, now and again the Frogs and Dogs would join forces to stop the Tribesmen from taking the Riverlands.
Nowadays the Frogs keep to the swamps and marshes and the Dogs keep to the coast, there is now peace in the Riverlands besides the occasional skirmish between Dog and Frog or to stop Tribesmen invasions.
That is all the lore Iāve come up with but Im open to suggestions if any of you think I could make an improvement 
Since the mouth is such a big part of the head I think it deserves to be animated, so the lower jaw can be a separate piece. To add a little extra you can make the front of the throat a separate piece as well, so it can pulsate like frogg-throats seems to do more or less constantly.
Nice work over all. Some more details and/or colour variations on the body wouldnāt hurt though.

Yeah, the bug with it not showing is caused when you have a too many models/a too wide spread of models.
