I keep getting a Connection Refused message when I try to connect. It seems almost like the server is down to me.

BTW, instead of Factions, you should install Towny. It’s a better plugin.
Sir, the system that’ll be used is custom made. We’re not installing an existing plugin, unless the custom-made stuff fails.

Better how? Because I couldn’t see what it offered that made the extra complexity worth it. Maybe if we had a huge server but we don’t so factions seem better.

Disagree completely, towny is definetly the way to go if Alfies custom plugin doesnt work
