@Paul_Wilson@beardyletsplay The game should automatically update, unless you’ve changed your settings games will usually update when there is an update available.
@Durstalph I imagine so! I doubt they would tell us that there are things in when they have been unable to deliver them, so yes, assume whatever is mentioned in the post has made it into Alpha 1!
@armann24 We might have to be sent a new Steam key for the ‘official release’ - and please people make sure you don’t redeem the Alpha and the gift key unless you want to.
Hmm weird, i reinstalled stonehearth on steam and launched it, the steam download says its 92Mb wich is around 30Mb bigger than the folder, and when i launched it the first time it came up with an error. Oh boy i wonder, does this have anything to do with the steam version of the game?
Will The Alpha allow mods right from the start? OR will an API be released later on? (I’m not interested in modding I’m really just curious… and excited)
As far as I know, the Steam version of the game (which is the Graphics test 2) has not changed in the past week. We have not yet pushed the final Alpha1 bits onto steam.
Our modding documentation is not yet ready, but if you’re feeling brave, you’re more than welcome to leap in and start tinkering.
