Supposedly the asteroid biome contains plutonium even on alpha worlds, it’s worth 6 fuel but sadly the biome is about 2000 blocks up and can freeze you to death in seconds but if you didn’t have pixels to lose it might be worth checking out.

Is it considered wrong to not buy the game and play on @Alfie’s magnificent server?
most definitely… please do the developers (and the gaming community in general) a favor, and purchase the title legally…

Yeah, I read a post on a different forum about pirating, and Starbound was used as an example.
Anyways, how much does the game cost, again?
Yeah, you start to freeze out VERY quickly after about 700-1000 blocks up, I think. You would probably need Snow Infantry armor or a Space Helmet or something to last up there. Maybe even a campfire, although that might NOT work.
$15… its quite a bargain, when you think about how massive the project really is… 
Starbound is kind of like a mod for Terraria when you think about it, but then again, Starbound is awesome, but most of you probably already known that.
They’re talking about one more final wipe and then you’re all set. Getting wiped again is the only think keeping me from building like crazy.
Side Note: You can make a second 'toon and fly to your first 'toon’s home planet (copy the coords from your home planet map screen). Your advanced 'toon can leave high level items, ores, etc. in chests for your new 'toon.

It is indeed magnificent!
However magnificent it is it has a very low player count most of the time.
That’s because not many of you forum goers have Starbound… and the ones that do that aren’t joining my server are just unsocial.

Pffft. I’m an extravert. Although in that personality thread I think it’s like 4 extraverts vs. 20 introverts, and one of those extraverts was only by 1%.
Online gaming’s very social, Xbox keeps my friend group all strong friends with each other, while we can’t go out and see each other.
You guys know what I mean by unsocial… Just not wanting to play with us on the server. (I’m starting to think our own @SteveAdamo is one of them… ;))
