Hey guys! Been away from the Discourse for a while, and I need your help!
I’m looking for a roguelike RTS in which you can control multiple diverse races. Games similar to Starcraft, Dwarf Fortress, or Endless Legend would be great. Additionally, if it’s pixelated games would be awesome.

I played supremacy 1914 some years ago. Rounds take some weeks to months, has a basic base building but rather good strategy game and diplomacy is interesting since you compete with 30 till only 3 players last.
Have you heard of Neptune’s Pride? It pretty much has everything you requested, and it takes a few weeks to finish a round: Neptune’s Pride

Not quite RTS, but have you looked into Magicite? It’s all of what youre looking for, but more a platformer w/ simple crafting.
