Unless you’re in the habit of regularly going through and deleting the saves from a part that you’d likely barely touch it should still be there.
@Smokestacks, there is a pantheon that gives +1 culture from jungle and the celts get a +faith for unimproved forest adjacent to their city. There is also a pantheon that gives +1faith for tundra without forest.
Iroquois would have had it fairly good, what with jungles counting as trade routes for them, especially with the money it would save for someone with many cities that are reasonably spread out, like me.
So after a couple of 2/3 day turns I’m asking here. Should I put on a turn timer? It would be set to at least 24h and unable to expire in the middle of the night but should we have one? Just as a method to keep the game moving reasonably quickly.
I would quite like one, especially when you look back into the details of turns and see that turns 24+ hours have been put on Vacation Mode anyway…
I created one that’s just set for 24h and then it skips you. We can see how it works out and it whether it needs changing.
I think that’s fair. It’s not as though you shouldn’t have an opportunity to go on it in that time and even if you don’t manage to, it’ll probably be your turn by the time you do get one. Does the timer skip you completely so nothing changes or does an AI take over? Or does just production and growth etc. increase but no choices can be made?
It’s only capable of replacing you with an AI, so it’s no different than using vacation mode for one turn. So yeah, the only problem for the player is that the AI is fairly moronic a large amount of the time and I strongly suggest you be careful not to let it choose your policy or pantheon if you at all care.

@ManOfRet, I saw your comment on the game. I’d suggest contacting support as I have no idea while downloading directly doesn’t even work.
I figured the newest humble bundle could be quite relevant here.
