X64 2611 Promoting Issue

I have just seen that i cant promote an lvl 1 farmer to an swordmen … in other jobs no probs ^^ if i try to change him fom farmer to mason he will do it^^

Try making another sword and try to promote. It could be that the sword has become useless and the bug is related to this:

Hoe Stockpile Move Bug Hearthlings refuse to move, destroy or loot a hoe that was placed in a stockpile which was removed. Placing a new stockpile elsewhere does not prompt idle Hearthlings to move the hoe, sparkles on hoe also dissapear. The Town Hall Inventory Tab however shows the hoe as normal but no matter what commands are used the hoe persists to be immovable. Even promoting a Hearthling does not seem to do the trick, they stand idle. The only way to allow the worker to be promoted…
