Summary: Unexpected bug while expanding area, not tech savvy so can not read the coding. Harvest trees in a new area, and tried to build a free-wall around the edges like I always do to prevent the goblins from attacking. This time, as soon as the workers cut down all the trees, they became idle and useless and the wall wont build.
Steps to reproduce:
Expected Results: Workers keep working, clearing the field and building a structure
Actual Results: Workers will not remove themselves from idle, standing around for days doing nothing but eat. NO new structures are being built.
Notes: release-798 (x64)
