Also, did you check the list in https://discourse.stonehearth.net/t/crashing-on-start-read-this-updated-october-18-2016/13297/3 and verified that none of those programs is running in the background?
It’s really weird that you can’t run the game after attempting all those steps. Which CPU and how much RAM do you have?
