Isnât it 30 dollars not 30 euros? Or is just charging you 30 of local currency cause that could be highly amusing.
Well i live in Europe so i canât pay with dollars.
paypal will change the your currency automatically for you in the needed currency 
little tip: im germany its 0,5% cheaper if you change your currency manuell over âmyprofilâ, âbankdataâ, âcurrencysâ to dollar. that should also be able in netherlands.

If you use PayPal it will immediately change the euros into dollars. I bought the game today and it costed me âŹ22,08 euros. Thatâs what you should pay.

where can i find this, cant find it on the site
on the german website its after the login - you will see upside right the point âProfilâ. On the new Website you will see leftside some points - there you must click âMy moneyâ and after the new load on the right side - next to PayPal-Balance - âCurrenenciesâ. Now you can add an US-Dollar-Saldo and change your Euro-Balance into US-Dollar
Thats the normal way for Germany, Austria and Switzerland - so i think that should be the same for Netherlands
@ThiqzMod and @Wiese2007, you can just go and buy it and it will immediately change into dollars! No need to do that silly stuff.

hmmmm the problem i cant speak dutch - soooooo i have open an nl account for the correct words (its very difficult when you doesn´t understand one single word - for luck i know the normal flow xD): Profiel over your name -> white line - right side), Rekeninggegevens (left side), Valuta´s (right side), Wisselfunctie.
soooo i hope you will find it now ^^
