then stay silent. broken records dont repeat, or even play at all, that would be a stuck record…
@8BitCrab but CDs repeat when they’re scratched, so wouldn’t the same apply to records?

[/quote]thats not broken, thats scratched
Depending on the severity of the scratch it may be broken.
How do you find out those stats?
@BrianNZ click the icon on the header -between the magnifying glass and your profile picture. A menu will open and one if the options will read Users. Click that and you are where you need to be.
I’m going by all time stats, default is this week.
I have the most replies behind @SteveAdamo, do I get a title?
Weren’t you given a title on numerous occasions, only to have it revoked because of your newfound (no pun intended) superiority complex?
I probably have the most amazing builds behind our titled builders [including: the first arch design out of slabs, some trees of Canadia, and the Eiffel tower].
Sigh, I really need to get back to building, and maybe one day, I’ll impress @SteveAdamo enough.
has the discourse seemed… disturbingly… quiet?
Test time in America…
I’ve noticed that too. At one point even my discourse (30 users) was more active than the Stonehearth Discourse… Oh well, more time to catch up on the 100 unread topics I have allowed myself to avoid reading.
Too much stuff to do.
Like the MGM??
[size=9]shhhhh, the mods might hear you[/size]

Geoffers paid me 20 grand to stop posting… It’s all been spent though so now I can post again!
By the way, map games are still a thing? It’s probably been a year since I’ve last posted.
Yes! And it is still so much fun!
The map game deluxe with Solan’avi is still running too. Unfortunately I destroyed your entire nation, but we hit 20k posts in a single map game and made our own Discourse just for map games!
Okay, blatant advertising is done, but to be fair it has been so long since I spoke with @Swift_Cube.
All praise the holy @Swift_Cube .
People at the start of the Discourse were quite silly, were they not? For example, there used to be a ton of people not used to how the Discourse works, and some of them just couldn’t stand it. But I find that I can’t stand traditional forums much anymore. I’ve almost completely forgotten the BBcode I used to know, and… Also Discourse beats forums because Markdown + HTML + BBcode > BBcode…
I don’t know. I feel traditional forums kind of force you to stay on topic, but Discourse allows you to just have fun around the whole site… even in Meta or Bug Reports.
Yes, I’m not sure what it is about Discourse, but it makes anything more enjoyable. I suppose it’s just the feel of the website and usability. It’s much less restrictive than many forums.
PURGE THE HERETIC!
Seriously though, whilst I like some bits of the Discourse software (eg the ease of adding people to PMs), I still prefer phpBB forums & the like.
