I was playing on Alpha 12, while I was building, I wanted to place an extra bed inside of the unbuilt structure. When I tried to place the bed inside the house through the ‘silhouette’ of the house, the bed instead was placed on the roof on top of the silhouette. This is not the bug. The real bug, was after I replaced the bed, inside the structure this time, the silhouette of now the bed was still on the roof. Now there is a random silhouette of a bed on top of my structure. 
Hey there @Void_Justice, do you by chance have a screenshot of this? Also, if you could upload the save game for this bug, that would be great.
Now, when you tried to place the bed inside the unbuilt structure, what it “under construction,” or had you finished the design? Also, can you clarify what you mean by “replaced the bed”? What the bed placed (in non ghost form) on the room, and then you tried to move it, or something else?

This happened to me as well.After they finish the building they tear down the ladders.All you need to do is build a ladder up to it they will place the bed and then you can remove it.Its not considered part of the building layout so they skip it and tear down the ladders.

The building had been under construction. By replaced the bed, I meant change the location in which it is to be placed. Here is an image
