That is basically what Polystralia thinks of me. He keeps kalling me a yobo… What is a yobo?
[/quote]Yobo (slang, Australia) Someone, usually a male, who is uncouth, badly behaved and obnoxious. Loud and drunk are also characteristics, but not always present.

I have no idea how well that describes you. Maybe he’s just trying to rile you a bit?

Taking a poll, what’s everyone’s favorite unit, and why? I know mine’s the SABR, just because artillery, and it’s one of the few units with 3 range. Also when it upgrades to the Prime SABR, it can attack without setting up. That and it’s one of the strongest ranged units in the game.

I only played with the Harmony and loving the Xeno Titan. Tanking a ton of hits.

I will tell you mine after I play some more. Right now, It is the siege worm.

I’m not sure you can get that as a player…

Honestly? I can’t say there’s anything much more badass than a group of Lev Destroyers floating its way over canyons, oceans, and forests just to reduce your entire nation to rubble.

Purity has been my second favorite faction for a while now, but for some reason, I’m now leaning more towards harmony, possibly because of miasma reduction…

The can call siege worms to an enemy city and sometimes you can get an Alien unit if you are lucky.

I mean, don’t get me wrong, I’m a Supremacist all the way, but that Purity unit design, though…

Yeah, some of the purity units are pretty cool, but the synergies between the Supremacy units are pretty awesome, not just that they get bonuses when they’re next to each other, but everything has it’s purpose. And when used well, it can be devastating. I’m not there yet, but want to try all the affinities first.

I thought you were purity… 0.o

I am, but that power…

yea siege worm is pretty awesome. Reminds me of dune somehow.

I’m shocked.

Well ā€œyobā€ is a rude/aggressive young person, so I guess it’s the Aussie version.

The AI is, I think, basically ripped from Civ5, where it would be pretty much be guaranteed to be hostile to you too, just because.

I’m generally going for Supremacy in my games - yay for post-humans and all that  .

Ok harmonies victory is… interesting. You end up as a hive mind. I don’t think that was a part of the original plan though…
Also i can’t really decide for a favorite unit they all have some nifty abilities.

Fun thing i got bored the 10 last turns before i won and ended out with 70 health…

I dunno, How could a Siege Worm, Be at all similar Sand Worm? They just don’t seem to fit. All of Purities units look like Dune ones…The best Purity Soldier looks just like a sardaukar…

Big tunnelling worm thing that trashes things. Close enough :stuck_out_tongue: .

Now you say so…

I haven’t seen the movie but I have seen a couple images, and if they are not from a different sci-fi movie…

oooohhhh it has a demo

trying to save money I’ll buy it when it goes on sale on steam dono when but I can wait
