I would continue this argument myself, but I am seeing a lot of dogmatic comments. There is no point arguing with a wall. Anyhow, perhaps it is time to make a new thread, the original purpose of this one is dying out.

This is the PC I will be getting… Metis - Custom Gaming PC | Budget PCs | Gaming PCs & Custom PC desktops - UK Gaming Computers
I’m not at my usual place of where I compute, but I shall hopefully get a picture soon enough! Oh also the RAM on that PC will be 8GB not 4… I’m changing that at least.

Nope… At least I do not believe so. I’ll check through how much money I can spend on the PC, and if I have extra then I will be upgrading it more!

Well, here is my new multi-media gaming Lenovo laptop I just got.
It’s the Lenovo Ideapad y510p model.
I’m not going to use it until the release of the alpha, though.

It’s definitly not Windows, so what OS is it?
The visuals are Rainmeter which is Windows compatible but I believe he’s using MacOS judging from the apple in the top left.
That’s a link to Rainmeter if you want to give it a shot. It’s just a custom UI.
Edit: Now that I’m looking at the site again for the first time in a while it looks like Rainmeter is exclusive to Windows. Anyone able to confirm?
Yeah I built it. I’m thinking about building another one with a drawer that comes out with the keyboard underneath so that when I’m working I have more desk space.

It is windows and yes I use rain meter.
I can’t believe everyone has such a neat and tidy desk. I think everyone who has a real messy desk like me is too afraid to show it here

edit - You will notice there is no old pizza boxes, or empty can’s. It is very untidy, but it is sanitary.
