I looked in the game files and the only thing I’ve found is this :
[/quote]so… there wasn’t anything else? if that was literally all there was you should do a clean install…

Stonehearth is built from the ground up for multiplayer with a server/client configuration. It uses that even in singleplayer. The server and client talk with network protocols. If your firewall is set to block everything you don’t make an explicit exception for, it will block stonehearth and then stonehearth will not start because its parts cannot communicate.

So look into seeing if you need to make an exception for stonehearth in your firewall.

And right now, I retried to launch the game without my firewall (I delete all the rules about Stonehearth too) and the problem is still there

I’ve only seen this error when Norton 360 or Norton Security is installed. Do you have either of those programs?

I’ve ESET 8

Can you make an exception for Stonehearth or disable it for a minute to see if Stonehearth will launch?

Yes, I already tried (Disable the firewall then the antivirus completely and delete all rules about StoneHearth) but nothing change…

Hi, my problem is still there…
It’s been 1 month that I can’t play Stonehearth, I was hoping that would solve my problem Alpha 12…

I repost my crash file

i’m going to page @Albert for this again, also, whats in your user_settings.json?

@RedySkull - This post from @froggy was able to help someone with a similar problem by resetting the network adapter. Maybe you can try to do the same?
