Thank you all very much for the votes last week that lead to my spiffy new title, I’m kind of just doing the modeling thing to tide me over in my spare time. My real passion is in software development and as such I cant wait for a stable build to begin modding. I for one feel that the code base is still too young to start planning any major modifications as of yet, who knows what may change and why. I have huge plans in store but until that time I hope you all continue to enjoy my work as an amateur modeller. The Grue was only my first piece, there are many more to come.

As a small hint to those that may be curious I have always been fascinated by the story of Urza and his work as an artifacer.

I would just like to let everyone know I make the best cookies in the world and best of all they are organic. :grinning:

Hang on, how do we earn a title? Do we need to come first or what because if so I’ve got to try harder. On more relevant news I’m having trouble deciding what food to make, I’ve also discovered that cathedral ceilings totally don’t work with right angles and the curves must be allowed. I’ve also been thinking about very high voxel/pixel ratios, particularly in the greater than one range.

You get one for earning a place in the finals, and then ‘better’ titles for winning a final, winning multiple finals.

To actually have them on your profile you need the moderator to have not completely forgotten and to add it on for you. Apologies!

i’d blame old age, but you’re a wee lad… so i believe it’s retroactive interference:

Retroactive interference occurs when new information interferes with
your ability to remember previously learned information.

its all those yoga positions you’ve been learning… Jane Fonda information overload!

Nifty, now to go see if tacozilla works with voxels and to lament over the no post processing rules. Some of my ideas really don’t work very well without at least some bending if not animation, guess I’ll have to look through my archives for a hope to win this cycle. I wonder if a subtle titan would work, have to think on it some more.

I made a model to submit but I’m not sure how I should take an image of it. Help please?

@KJG555 You can do this via the “Render”-option in Qubicle. Just take a look into this video, starting with minute 36 (until 38).

Thank you @voxel_pirate VoxelPirate and very nice tutorial! I’ll try posting my creation shortly.

Hmm. It told me new users cannot upload images. Any idea what I can do?

Just read, post and like around the forums for a bit. It’s fun really

You’re going to beat me honestly. I checked the schedule to see what the finals was and my heart sunk when I saw “A New Titan”. I’m not going to bow out, that would be most pathetic of me, but I don’t think I’m going to win.

I just posted my creation. Thanks for your help guys

We’ll I’ll try and get something done for food but for titans remember that it should be powerful and unique, also that the finals are generally more important as it were what with last time being gods and this titans next time it will have to be crafters crafting or something similarly big. It’d be interesting though if they had some kind of super final every few cycles which allows for post processing as everyone would be able to export assuming the prize of qubicle home stays there.

do the modles have to be stonehearth compatable i.e. lowest amount of cubes etc

Not necessarily … they can be as many or as little as you want . If you can get that Stonehearthy feel going on then that’s great!

Technically my models haven’t even been in qubicle so just try and make so they look voxely and you should be fine.

Somebody should invest in a Sharknado Titan
