The pre-planned buildings are not available.
I tried using both download options from humble bundle, that is, both the installer and the zip. Downloaded today.

This has happened occasionaly to some users. Try deleting manually the folder of the game that you installed with the zip, and uninstalling with the Control Panel the version from the installer. Once you’ve checked that there aren’t any remains from Stonehearth in your computer, try reinstalling again with one of the options.
