I won’t be able to play for the next 2 weeks, as I am going to be at the beach, so my server won’t be available until further notice.
Just want to boast that today i made my first all elemental spirits weapon ( so all 4 elements i.e. ice, wind, unholy and fire on the one weapon) and it works like a charm and when i do my special there is an mini explosion of rainbow coloured cubes (its amasing). i highly reccomend it

im waiting for the next update before i begin playing again either that or next week my mate will be back hosting his server and me and him will probably play although we are aussy so wierd times.
i’m still working on the new PC… ideally, this will be in place in a few weeks, at which point i will be playing quite a bit more multiplayer (which is uncommon for me, but just works so well for CW)…
I’ve still go the game, but since I’m not at my house, I can’t actually host because there is no way for me to port forward the game’s server for you guys to connect to… In short, someone else would have to host.
I haven’t figured out how to connect to any server. I either get “can’t connect to server” or the button to search won’t click at all. 
connecting to someone else’s server is the easy part (or at least, it should be), they just need to have port forwarding setup for 12345… you punch in their public IP, and you’re all set… 
If you tried my server, it’s not up right now because I can’t port forward from this house. (It’s rented, so I can’t touch the router settings. :P)
I run several servers; I know how the process works, in theory. 
I’m saying my game isn’t able to connect to anything at all. Sometimes the game just freezes for about five minutes before sending back an error. Other times the game does nothing at all when I click the button. It doesn’t seem to register the input at all.
I’m not really bothered by it since the game isn’t even in beta, but from what I can tell my problem only seems to be affecting me.
hmm… i dont believe i’ve read of anyone having that generic of a problem… typically, folks can connect elsewhere with no problem, but suffer performance problems once connected (either from the client or host)…
have you tried poking around the cubeworldforum site? perhaps someone there is in the same boat?
Yeah I’ve looked everywhere. I’m sure it will end up being something simple causing the problem that was staring me right in the face. That’s how it usually goes anyways.
edit: I just tried a random server and everything is working fine now. I have no idea what the issue could have been before, but it seems to have resolved itself.
excellent! could have just been a “bad” server you were attempting to connect to… have fun!
