when I place flag to start settlement flag disappears and nothing else happens no one appears no fire pit or anything I can move around the map and theirs still music but cant do anything its alpha 14
edit: it just appeared after waiting around 10 minutes but lags and people are white

if I save and and try to load it just crashes to desktop

Do you have any mods installed? Does this happen every time you start a new game?

I went back to alpha 13 then delete some files then validated the files and updated it back to alpha 14 works fine now just lags a little when mineing
