Summary:
I haven’t had any Elite Kobolds drop hats, or maybe my game just isn’t spawning them. I have a bunch of Scout hats and I’ve already made the Scout Gong and killed those guys for the quest. I know how to make the Elite gong, I’m just not getting the hats to do it and Its been over a month in game. I’ve killed dozens of kobolds. I have 6 general hats and 2 master hats. Just no elite hats. Is there a console command I can just spawn one in?
