Edited: My town’s net worth is 5500 but no goblin campaign. I killed 2-3 zombies only. They came together only the once. They knocked out my lone footman. The rest of the town finished off the last guy. But not before he broke down a door. It was so dramatic and I was able to save my footman after. He is now Johnathan the Scathed or something like that now. 
But they didn’t ask me for things like in past playthroughs. No tribute. No war. I always tell them no tribute and they always fight me. But I am working on an engineer and I am into the dwarves and rabbits questlines already. My fighting force is under leveled because the lack of baddies.
