Which graphic settings are you using in game when this happens?

Could you upload your stonehearth.log?
It is located inside C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stonehearth

Which CPU / Graphic card / RAM / OS do you have?

Creo que tu tarjeta gráfica está un poco por debajo de los requisitos minimos: Some Technical Stuff – Stonehearth

Sabes si tienes los drivers de la gráfica actualizados? Puedes intentar actualizarlos desde esta página: Controladores y software Radeon de AMD oficiales pero no sé si ayudará, no parece que hayan drivers para esa gráfica para Windows 10 :confused:
Si le das al botón que recomienda un preset para los ajustes gráficos, qué opción te pone, la mínima con el Fallback renderer marcado?

Usas mods? Prueba a verificar la integridad de la cache en Steam, por si acaso (he visto un error de Json en tu log, puede que haya algun archivo corrupto o algun mod incompatible, en ese caso desinstala los mods):

  • En la biblioteca de Steam, selecciona y haz clic con el botĂłn derecho en Stonehearth.
  • Selecciona Propiedades.
  • Selecciona la pestaña Archivos locales.
  • Selecciona Verificar la integridad de la cachĂ© del juego.
  • Cuando haya terminado el proceso, haz clic en Aceptar.
  • Sal y cierra completamente Steam.
  • Inicia Steam
