Box O’ Vox Necromancer Is Back!
The Necromancer is available through a quest line. It won’t work on Peaceful difficulty. It will activate once you have a level 3 Cleric.

can you still use the necromancer witch you already have from the normal box o vox?
I’m not sure what you mean exactly. The Box O’ Vox(Complete) is still on the workshop and uses this exact Quest now for Necromancers. If you didn’t have my mod before, you should be able to simply add this mod at any point in your save game. Once you have a level 3 Cleric, the quest should start.
what I meant to say, was if my save files before this update are still working. (I have a max lvl necromancer)
Yes! As far as I know, if you wish to disable to main Box O’ Vox as long as you don’t have other entities in the world from that lingering, the stand alone should work.
Safest bet though would be to start a new save with this mod.
