I have 4 herbalists and 4 of their work stations and i have crafted some potions. yet only one of them crafts at a time…

If you simply put in one line item in the queue for something like 20 potions, only one of them will work on it. However if you make 4 orders in the queue for 5 each, all 4 should be working on it. If the latter scenario is what’s not working, then something odd is going on.

Also take the level of the herbalists into account. A level 1 herbalist cannot craft all the potions a level 2 herbalist can. If you order level 2 potions on high priority, the level 2 herbalist will work on them while the level 1 herbalist would seach for an order he can fulfill, such as bandages.
