I did think about making a village called Babel. I even started it, though. Was happily building the 5th level when the game crashed and I realised I hadn’t saved…

Here’s the finished Diadem Castle! I managed to obtain a second fire pit from a trader, so I put them on the guard posts at the wall entrance.
Every…single…one of the crenellations had to be individually ordered…I ended up having over 300 building count by the end.

I got very lucky, it was getting to the point where I’d be getting a “Red Wall of Angry Coding Script” every time I’d just try to load the game. Too many overlapping floors!
Thank goodness for multiple saves–worked fine all the way to the end!

Sure, just remember the amount of manipulation @DaniAngione and I used to get this stuff to work right! Honestly, he deserves more of the credit, I just expanded on the original concept.
But at least we can say this for certain–you CAN build castles in Stonehearth now.
I can’t wait to see what the next Alpha brings to us.
