Is there any way to modify the crafting time?
I have looked the jobs*\recipes all file.
Any idea?
Each item has its own time. So you need to change the specific recipe for the item you want. The “effort” is the raw time it takes in minutes (60 = 1 hour to craft). It is affected by many things like happiness that can speed it up.
