[MOD] Fuel Options

This allows you to use coal or wood when crafting ingots with your blacksmith.

Adds a new stockpile filter Fuel, and changes the blacksmiths ingot recipes.
Tested with Better Stockpiles and on build 566.

Extract to mods folder, or copy to mods folder and rename to fuel_options.smod

i like the sound of this one, will definitely use it in my next modded playthrough! though i do wonder, does the blacksmith prioritize coal over wood, or is it just whatever is closest?
