I think we should give him a change to help repair the damage and if h does it again the get him banned. i had school mades that got me banned from servers this way it is quite hard to prove anything 
also me and @Linipus are ready to pay a diamond for every enderpearl we get. we need around half a stack

SERIOUSLY!!? folks the new world is 3 days old and it’s already kindergarden again??? well if it’s not possible to play nicely with each other then i will shut down the server forever. i pay for this server with my hard earned money and i’ve no patience for stuff like this and also no time to play police again. i might have been a bit naive but my hopes were that without mods and protection plugins it still should be possible to have fun on the server… and in my eyes this doesn’t mean you can claim whole biomes or burn down others stuff…
anyway i still believe in you guys and hopefully you can prove me right!

If I may suggest that perhaps in both our interests you have a one strike policy? Anybody breaking rules/ deliberately antagonising/ ruining the game for others is banned. End of. No ifs no buts, just straight up banned.
