So apparently there’s a vote for a currency going on, I’m honestly quite confused as to the purpose. A currency is normally a special kind of resource given artificial value and everything has a value in that resource. For example if gold was chosen than how much iron/diamonds would a gold be worth? Why wouldn’t we just use the iron/diamonds if it’s easier for what we’re getting?
My take on the no currency is its a barter system like take this stack of sand for a stack and a half of cobble.
Yes, barter system is the best. No need in putting in currency; it’s just incredibly annoying, especially on servers that are paid/servers you can’t get currency in a relatively short period of time on. Barter is the best. Although, using the EE2 item values so that you can exchange things may be slightly better. If that’s possible.
I’m all for just the regular barter system, though.
Because the reason for a currency is giving a value to a limited USELESS resource, this means you can trade it without needing it.
though bartering can still happen.
My nukes are still pointed at @Geoffers747. They’re all warmed up off coal. Water capacity is at it’s peak, and Nuclear waste is loaded. I"ve got @SteveAdamo’s back, with steam nukes.

Kinda stupid considering my nukes (the nukes stolen from @Smith ) are pointed at @Smith and I will fire them unless this thread goes back on track

Give us a tekkit server (classic or current) and I’ll build actual steam powered nukes for you. Steam powered zeppelins flying through the sky sending out shooting out flying coal powered robot turtles that drop nukes. Good times, good times. Although I’m not sure if that would work as well outside of classic.
