Steps to reproduce:
- Build stone wall
- used multi color stone
- used dark grey stone column.
Have tried on two different games. The game lags very slowly. Removing the building doesn’t remove the lag. Saving the game and reloading does get game speed back to normal. Building a wooden wall works fine, no lag.

By any chance are you viewing your buildings with roofs? without roofs and removing from wall so see inside?
I find the only options i have when building is either showing the complete building with roofs or just showing the floor plan
the middle option lags me alot
Yes, my view was with full roofs.
Not sure i can be much help 
All i know is that if i was to play with the buildings in this mode it lags like mad
