Depends how long the paypal pledges are valid for and how well they do on steam. If it does well enough you never know when an expansion may be released. 
I hope this is also the case with Stonehearth
634k on the Kickstarter. It’s possible for them to hit 700k.

691k kickstarter and 13k paypal = 704k - NEXT GOAL REACHED and there are 9 hours to go and after this they will use the money over steamgreen and paypal

Considering that they’re allowing paypal to continue to contribute after the kickstarter I think its a safe bet. Hell we may even see mod support eventually. It’s a big team with lots of experience.
Until they change the fact that the game is based off something related to the Russian czar, they won’t be getting any of my money. It’s either a communistic story line, or no story line.
You could just as easily support the rebellion in this game. They’ve stated it’s open ended. You don’t have to support the Empire
