I'll be really happy if Stone Hearth enables me to adjust its resolution under full-screen mode

Hi, great Stone Hearth team! Here is a guy using an i3 version of Surface Pro 3, which uses a super poor processor for a 2K screen… I always play the other games with a lower resolution so that my SP3 won’t burn.
It will be really good news for me and maybe some more people if Stone Hearth can run with a lower resolution adjusted by player in settings.
Hopefully you can get my idea since my first language is not English.

Update: right now, I just change my screen’s resolution to be 1400*900 before starting the game…

I feel like this might be possible by modifying the user_settings.json file. Let me ask @not_owen_wilson or @Albert to confirm…
