@sdee may i humbly request (see what I did there?) an Alpha 24 update for HB?
It is so much easier to mod around with than the steam version (steam gets twitchy if you take it away from its safe steam library home)

P.S. If you want to bump it all the way to multiplayer or new build engine I wont complain either 
@TobiasSabathius I would give you the worldtree if I could, but we’re not planning to update HB till A24 hits stable, which is not until the builder is a lot more stable than it currently is.
That said, what happens if you copy the steam version out of it’s folder (leave the old one where it is!) and mod in the copy?
Needless to say, the thought of you modding again makes a really good day even better 
Turns out it all works just fine and it was just me doing silly thing like trying to solve a problem that didn’t exist.
Having invested a significant part of my holiday playing Stonehearth again reminded me that the Norsehearth lot have languished long enough on my HDDs and with the advent of workshops they should fly and be free.
