! I’m so sorry for the delay in responding to your report.
A couple of questions for you:
- Is that your entire
Stonehearth.log? You seem to be missing some lines… - For the
crash.dmp, the file (if it exists) would be in the same folder as your log. I’ve increased your trust level so you should be able to upload it by dragging the file right into the reply composer (or use the upload button). - Your graphics card is usually part of the log file, which is why I asked above if that is the entire log. Please see this post for details on saving your graphics information so you can upload it.
