thanks a lot!! but i’m not really worried about them diying, in fact, i’ve played without gathering food just to see how they die: if the pop, or if there’s a scary sound when they die, or if a voxelized reaper comes and kills them…

But if they’re going to die, there should be some way to replace them… or it’s this a test for the ā€œgame overā€ screen?

I guess the population update will come later on; Anyway,Gj with the update!! the game also looks much better! :smiley:

There will be a way in the future, but right now, Team Radiant enjoy making us suffer.

Maybe you can fix it and add a rare Tree of Life that spawns sometimes. Then it takes ages to cop and drops one of those logs… which is equal to 100 regular ones!

If not then I may mod it in.

Edit: I still haven’t been able to mod in bacon crops. Is the UI for the crop selection only set to the current 3? (or two, is the first option even a crop?)

The first option is for leaving the plot empty.

You can ADD crops to the picker by calling:

stonehearth.farming:add_crop_type(session, ā€˜stonehearth:tester_crop’)

Where tester_crop is whatever crop you want to add, as defined in a manifest.

I can’t wait to see a bacon crop!

I’m assuming I may have to use a bit of Lua (or code) for this… wellp, no better time to start learning the language kinda!

Edit: I thought I found a solution that requires no coding language knowledge but nope. I don’t suppose there are any .luac files I can copy over and edit, @sdee?

I like this update. This update is nice and pretty. Do it again.

There are some bugs that that are essential to be fixed for the final game. I don’t believe this is one of them. :slight_smile:

Especially the Omnipotent Logs.

Ah, I thought of a non lua way to add a crop. Use a mixinto to add your crop to initial_crops.json

I’ve already tried that… I must be doing something wrong. Let me see if I can go figure…

post what you have… maybe another few sets of eyes can see where you might have @Geoffers747’d…
