What exactly shall thine server be calledeth?
The secret to leveling I learned from my kids. Donāt be afraid to attack anything there are NO death penalties, only a re-position. You can also pick up any loot beside your dead body before you revive. Completing Dungeons are also key to leveling. Iām at level 29 and a blue boss will give like 300XP when he dies, considering I need 633 XP for level 30 it makes for fast leveling. The other thing is missions (crossed swords on your map) in open terrain with a bunch of MOBs and a boss in the middle are excellent leveling. If you find one of those areas where the MOBās are relatively easy to kill for your class / pet combo, and they are blue or orange, you can farm them nicely. I spent about an hour at one of those in a lake and made like 3 levels by the time I cleared all the MOBās and killed the boss.

Excellent advice @2_Zons - Iāve found much of the same to be true, though some bosses are definitely harder than others. Got a blue chest piece today that makes me feel rather epic.
@SteveAdamo - need that server name before I completely out level you. We must discuss means of āaccidentallyā bumping @Geoffers747 off large cliffs.

oh, and i totally used the local militia (some random archer roaming the landscape) to help me destroy a random named mod (purple)ā¦ he gave me 35exp (and this was while i was lvl 2)ā¦ 
sadly, the archer gave his live in the advancement of my characterā¦
