when my foot mans takes armors with helmet and a new shield (upgraded (iron)) they appear on the side of the character (not on him) + the shield is on his chest (sorry the web site dont want me to upload images)

It seems that some of the armor feels like hovering more than being on a footmanās head. Not sure if this bug has been reported yet. Reloading the map did not fix the problem.
Thatās not his armor, thatās an anti-goblin surveillance drone.

hey there @cshankyouā¦ yes, this is a known issue:
[Con] Armor is not worn properly
will merge as soon as Iām at a proper PC (and not stuck on my phone)ā¦

I just got these display bugs myself aswell and I can confirm both the Iron Mail with the head floating beside the user and the Full Plate Mail with āghostā or empty helmet without head. I thought it was related to the axe looted from the Goblin chieftain (that was the only character that bugged for me) but it might as someone stated come from the male character seeing as my other two footmen are female.
Bug: hearthling invisible in full platemail
Summary: not much more to say
Steps to reproduce:
- Select any worker Hearthling
- Promote to Footman (Full platemail included in stockpile)
- View bug
Expected Results: hearthling not invisible
Actual Results: invisible hearthling
