Title: Bundle of wools are not being picked up

Summary: After herding, the bundles of wool are not getting picked up, even then idle.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create sheep pasture
  2. Let it populate
  3. After some time, the whools dropped after herding are not picked up

Expected Results: Wools are picked up

Hey there @shovhans, do you have any storage filters enabled? Do you have citizens who are set to haul via the Hearthling Therapist UI? Can you upload this save game to the Discourse (by copying the save folder from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stonehearth\saved_games to a cloud storage site like Dropbox, Google Drive, Filedropper, etc) and posting the sharing link here?

It still happens in alpha 2807 and previous versions. The “boundle of wool”, cutted from a sheep counts as loot. I must explicit clicked on “loot” item.

Expected Results: Wools are picked up, like any other resource.

Only once I used sheeps (I prefer farming silkweed) and I had the same problem (it was a13)
