Black Creen from hell!

Hello, I’m new here, this is my first post.
I have been having problems starting the game, because it has a black screen, the music takes a long time to start and it doesn’t appear anything more than the black screen.
I already updated all my Video Drivers, I already authorized my FireWall and I was already pressing F5, I already asked Steam to evaluate the integrity of the game files and nothing worked. today i went to try again and gave the same thing, and asked to check the integrity again and accused a missing file, and it was added. when i try to open it by steam it shows a message saying that i can change a few miles as it yields and doesn’t open the game, but when i open it through the game directory it keeps on giving the black screen !!
please someone help me, i miss my little game.!:

When the music plays press f5, may need to be pressed more than once, this ussually fixesthe problem
Try uninstalling, deleting all leftover files and installing the game again

Are you using mods, and what mods

I already uninstalled the game and installed it again today, I already uninstalled all the mods.
Pressing F5 is no use even when the music starts, the cursor loses the texture of the game.

If I remember correctly, this means that you have the game files unzipped or modified, which means they might not have gotten updates since being extracted and are no longer compatible with the latest version of the game executables. Manually delete the Stonehearth folder in Windows Explorer and reinstall.

so I have to go to the directory where the game is installed, delete all files, and download again?

Yes. You can find it through Steam: Right Click -> Manage -> Browse Local Files.

I deleted all the files, reinstalled, and when I open it through steam this message appears and the game does not open.

Sem título

However, running straight from the folder you are taking too long to open, it stays on the black screen for exactly 5 minutes and then it starts playing the music, after 3 more minutes it leaves the black screen … After 5 minutes it opens it closes alone.

Step 1 Uninstall the game
Step 2 delete all leftover files
Step 3 restart your computer
Step 4 install the game

it still remains what I mentioned above. T_T

This usually means that either some other program is trying to insert itself between Steam and Stonehearth, or you have custom launch options specified in Steam. To clear the latter right click on the game in Steam, select Properties, then Set Launch Options, and make sure the box is empty.

This is either a bad mod, or more likely, an anti-virus trying to scan the whole game before it launches. Even the built-in Windows antivirus can sometimes behave like this, but if it does, it will only do it the first time the game is run after it’s installed. Other antivirus or similar software may be more zealous. In that case manually excluding the Stonehearth folder from them may help.

I have already disabled it in Win’s FireWall, and I have already tried to open the game with the antivirus disabled and the black screen continues and after a few minutes the game closes by itself. I already deleted it, then restarted the PC, and installed it again and the problem persisted.
something that puzzles me and when I open it through Steam it gives this message as if I were trying to open the program in developer mode.
I’ve already unsubscribed from all the mods, and even then it persists, I’m almost formatting my machine. ¬¬

According to this thread, someone with a similar issue managed to fix it by switching the game to 32-bit mode:

I tried to do everything that this post says, open as adm, open with compatibility mode with Win 7 and 8. I updated all video drives and the PC itself. I’m getting sad T_T.
