Can't start game

Summary:
When I launch Stonehearth, it brings up a black screen window and the music only plays after a few minutes. I used to be able to play it 2 years back, but I can’t do so now.

Stonehearth.log:
I can’t seem to find this file.

Versions and Mods:
I haven’t installed any mods. I’m not sure what version I’m playing but I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game as stated in the basic steps guide.

Notes:
I’ve done all of the steps in the basic troubleshooting guide and the current workarounds but the game still doesn’t load. Hopefully there’s a way to fix it cause I love this game.

once the music has started, hit F5 – this will reset the user interface, and should allow the game to finish loading.
