For whatever reason, the footman never wants to equip the present armor or weapons. While the save were this was rampant no longer exists it is happening again at a smaller degree and I can provide this save if anyone would like to take a look. Hopefully, I’m just being stupid and can’t figure it out. Also, all items are in stockpiles and bucklers do seem to equip.
The footman is of an appropriate level to equip the items? Are you using any mods?
He should be the appropriate lv and i am not using mods
