Equip/Unequip Weapons and armors

It is good idea that the game has a selection of weapons and armor at best.But I can not manage resources and troops. It’s automatic more then. Sometimes I wish the footman to exchange weapons and armor. But It can’t unequip weapons and armor.

Please create a system to handle weapons and armor or manual equip/unequip weapons and armor.

P.S. Sorry my english. I hope you understand this topic.

They dont want to keep adding micro after micro managing of the system. But if your really want to Do that just keep unpromote the footman you dont want to have it till you get to the foot you want to wear the equipment, then repromote them all back.
