Where is the bace_human.json for Rayyas children?

I found the ascendancy_population.json version of Rayya’s children its rayyas_children_population.json
but now I need base_human.json version of Rayya’s Children it’s for

Super Mod makes Hearthlings have Higher base stats

I have made a mod to make your Hearthlings superhuman it changes the Mind, body, and spirit to higher values. I’m making a Rayya’s children version.

Apparently Rayya’s Children uses the same base_human.json as Ascendancy does. Which is odd, because in the Rayya’s population.json their Mind stat ranges from 2-6 rather than 1-6 by default.
