Weird pathfinding for fighters

Forgive me if this has already been posted but I did not find a tread about it.
Current Dev Branch, Alpha 18 Test version

Fighters are reverting to there original paths/patrols when in combat

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Play the game
  2. Have your figthers attack a target or area

Expected Results:
The fighter should be attacking his/her target in a continuous manner.

Actual Results:
The fighter attacks once then the game tries to send the fighter to its original path/patrol/previous goal (food/bed). The game/AI then re/spots the enemy and re-sends the fighter and the cycle continues (attack, tries to leave, comes back, attacks, etc.)

Fighters are not at low health.
I play with the green indicator line that shows path-finding and it does change to a different location after every attack.


Version Number and Mods in use:
Stonehearth 0.18.0 (develop 3092) x64 build

System Information:

Maybe you have a large population? The fitghters need some AInspace to search for a new target, and respond, so maybe you have a large population and the soldiers AI are lagging behind?

This happens to me a lot as well, and is certainly a issue of performance

I guess the game will be optimized enough some day to handle large amount of hearthlings
