Water Clipping On Low Levels

Summary:
It’s been talked about before that when the water level is lowered, it left a small blue film on the top of blocks. That was talked about being fixed, but now it’s causing a clipping effect.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Find water source.
  2. Dig bottom of it out.
  3. Lower till top water level is below top block.

Expected Results:
Sand or grass to be visible.

Actual Results:

My surface water issue wasn’t the same as this one, though I’ve experienced what you’re referring to. I ended up paving over the lake bed to make the effect not appear.

I removed it from my report. My apologies, as the pictures in your reports looked like the water level was low enough to be a similar problem.

This should be fixed as of develop-2969. Let us know if you see it again.
