Summary:
The stand alone wall tool acts odd. If a wall is built, then later another wall touches it and is built, it bugs out what has already been constructed, deleting parts and making the hearthlings deconstruct things for no reason

- build a walll with the standaone wall tool.
- later build another wall on top of or touching it
