Summary:
Unfinished building. (Most of the unfinished building parts are the levitated floor. )

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Build a building with a hanging platform (floor).

Expected Results:
Hearthlings finish constructing the building.

Actual Results:
Hearthling left the levitated floor unbuild.

Notes:
The floor used in design is the ground floor floor type.

Thanks for the savefile!

I just tried placing more ladders everywhere and they managed to place items and removing the scaffolding. There was a scaffolding ladder inside some of the blocks too.
