Hearthlings truly are adorable. It makes me care about them more and try harder to make them happy. I mean, who can stand to see those big blinky eyes unhappy? If they ever put crying animations in, I’m done for.

Enemy’s cry too, It makes me feel bad for killing them, haha. But it was an awesome thing to implement

Well then! I must be such a great Hearthling Keeper my wee ones have never felt such sorrow or pain. 
Actually I think I did see it once but everything was so chaotic and falling apart in that particular buggy game I was in firefighting mode and not really paying attention. If they go to a gravestone of a fallen Hearthling and cry in grief I’m really gonna feel bad!

That almost sounds like a good idea…
But have them only go to it on the day that specific hearthling died; as if in remembrance of the fallen. After all isn’t there a calendar system in place?
Just think giving more atmosphere is always a good thing, even more personality than they already have.
